Have you visited our church library?
If you have "Cabin Fever" as many of us do these cold winter days, a trip to our library may be just the adventure to brighten your day!
There are many books, games, and media materials to choose from. I will list just a few: Bible Trivia, many different kinds of Bibles - some for children, very old ones donated by families over the years and new versions, Bibles on tape and large print Bibles, Bible study materials from many authors and for all ages, some material on videos, children's picture books, books of poems, novels, "The Great Books," picture albums from over the years, our church made CD's, music and old hymn books, awards, plaques, trophies, and historical materials.
It is very simple to take materials home. There is a small basket with cards in it in the library. Simply put your name and phone number on the paper with the name of item taken. When it is returned put it back where you found it and mark your name off of the card.
What prompted me to write this note? Someone recently said to me, "I didn't know we had a library..." -Kathy Saunders
